• Any behaviour that harms another person’s wellbeing, dignity, or ability to participate safely

These rules apply to:
• Listings and product descriptions
• Shop banners, avatars, usernames, announcements, and policies
• Messages and private communications
• Reviews, comments, and community spaces
• Any interaction with our support staff

2 Definitions of Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Bullying

A pattern of behaviours intended to shame, embarrass, belittle, or emotionally harm another user. This Includes:
• Repeated insults
• Mocking, belittling, or demeaning behaviour
• Group targeting (“pile-ons”)
• Intentional attempts to damage someone’s reputation, shop, or livelihood

2.2 Harassment

Any repeated or targeted behaviour intended to annoy, pressure, threaten, emotionally distress, or corner another person.
Examples include:
• Unwanted contact after being asked to stop
• Sending abusive, sexually explicit, or hostile messages
• Derogatory language and personal attacks
• Sharing or attempting to share non-consensual intimate imagery
• Pressuring someone for sexual conversation or contact
• Threats, blackmail, or coercive demands

2.3 Intimidation

Actions meant to frighten, manipulate, or coerce another member, including:
• Implied or direct threats
• Attempts to silence or control a user
• Language meant to make someone feel unsafe or powerless

2.4 Stalking

Any form of unwanted, intrusive, or repeated contact that causes distress, fear, or discomfort.
This includes:
• Contacting someone after being blocked or asked to stop
• Following a user across multiple online platforms
• Tracking, monitoring, or attempting to monitor someone’s activity
• Trying to locate a user offline, in person, or through third parties

2.5 Discrimination

Treating someone unfairly or refusing service on the basis of protected characteristics, including:
• Race or ethnicity
• Colour
• National origin
• Religion or belief
• Gender
• Gender identity or expression
• Sexual orientation
• Disability or neurodivergence
• Age
• Any legally protected attribute

Discrimination is prohibited in all shop policies, listings, messaging, and interactions.
Examples of prohibited conduct:
• Refusing to sell to a protected group
• Statements that express intolerance
• Derogatory language based on identity
• Shop rules that exclude groups of people

2.6 Hate Speech

Language or content that attacks, degrades, threatens, or dehumanises individuals or groups based on any protected characteristic.
Hate speech includes:
• Slurs, derogatory phrases, or coded hate language
• Statements endorsing violence or exclusion
• Content supporting hate groups or extremist ideologies
• Images, symbols, or slogans tied to hate organisations

3 Privacy & Personal Safety

Revealing, threatening to reveal, or attempting to obtain someone’s private information (“doxxing”) is strictly forbidden. This includes:
• Personal addresses
• Phone numbers
• Legal names not publicly shared
• Financial data
• Private photos or intimate content

Sharing or threatening to share such information—whether accurate or not—is grounds for immediate action.

4 Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII)

Any sharing, requesting, or distributing of intimate images or videos without explicit consent is strictly prohibited. This includes:
• Uploading NCII in listings
• Sending NCII in private messages
• Threatening to publish NCII to coerce someone

5 Sexual Harassment

Sexualised behaviour toward members of the community is not permitted. This includes:
• Sexual comments, solicitations, or propositions
• Sending sexual content to another user
• Unwanted romantic advances
• Attempts to initiate sexual conversations

6 Neuroaffirming & Inclusive Communication Requirements

Our community includes neurodivergent members, and all communication must be respectful, accessible, and inclusive.

Required Communication Principles
✔ Use clear, direct, unambiguous language
✔ Avoid sarcasm, coded insults, or intentionally confusing communication
✔ Respect communication differences (e.g., processing time, literal communication styles)
✔ Avoid pathologising neurodivergence (“broken,” “lazy,” “weird,” etc.)
✔ Do not make assumptions about ability, intelligence, or behaviour
✔ Use identity-affirming language (e.g., “autistic person” or “person with autism” based on user preference)
✔ No mocking, joking, or insulting references to disabilities or neurotypes

7 Applicability Across the Platform

This policy applies to all user activity, including:
• Messages
• Listings and listing images
• Shop announcements and policies
• Reviews and comments
• Community forums
• Support interactions
• Off-platform contact initiated because of a platform interaction

8 Enforcement & Consequences

Violations may result in:
• Content removal
• Temporary restrictions
• Account suspension
• Permanent account removal
• Reporting to authorities if behaviour involves threats, stalking, NCII, minors, or other unlawful conduct

We investigate reports in a timely manner and may take action even if behaviour is subtle but harmful.

9 Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience bullying, harassment, discrimination, stalking, hate speech, or any other form of abuse:
• Report the user or content using our reporting tools
• Contact Support for urgent safety concerns
• Block the user if necessary

We treat all reports seriously and confidentially.
